5.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at shimoraaind@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. However, Shimoraa is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Shimoraa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. Alternatively, a refund can be issued, minus the original shipping cost.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please include photos of the damaged package or product to expedite the process.
